Problem solving starts with constraints
Ideas are worthless if they are not faced with real-world constraints. To solve business problems with product design, I prefer creating prototypes for testing and learn iteratively.

Designers are supposed to be advocating for users. I don’t think so.
To me, everyone involved in the product should have a voice in it. Product managers. Engineers. Marketing. Data analysts. Legal and compliance. Even people that are indirectly impacted by the product. Everyone is in some way or another, a “user” of the product. And I strive to make all of these voices heard and responded.
As a product designer, I always design with an egalitarian view. That means considering ethics, culture nuances, accessibility and inclusivity. Because I get to impact people’s lives with small steps and great leaps, and that is an important power needs to be carefully used.
I pride myself for being a generalist designer; because that way, I am allowed to speak to and understand everyone.
